As part of the work of the Citizenship Foundations Research Group (Complutense University, Spain), the workshop would be aimed at deepening the legal-political challenges that contemporary citizens face. Among other issues, it is intended to address the social changes caused by COVID and the impact of climate change on migration and how the law can offer a response to all this that is respectful of human rights. It is a workshop that will be approached from various disciplines: political, social and legal. Works in Spanish and English will be accepted.
