The purpose of this workshop is to analyze the current theories that challenge the notion of human nature and legal personhood. Transhumanism and posthumanism--even neurorights--have the potentiality to transform the inner sphere of human nature in a public and regulated space. Considering that the Law is a human phenomenon, a new paradigm of the concept of human nature will affect the way in which rights and duties are considered.
